During the release of 6.5 our team found an issue which lead to some false reports of incorrect PIN used across a small percentage of secure customer phone numbers. We quickly identified the solution and opted to resolve the issue in real time to minimize customer impact.

From 7:08 pm pst to 8:20pm pst some users may have received a message that their pin was incorrect even when entered correctly.

The Boostlingo team will take this opportunity to improve stability and performance in the platform as well as deploy our next release, 6.5 to the US server. During the maintenance window, services may become inaccessible or slow down. While the release window is one hour we do not expect slowness or inaccessibility for more than two minutes. In progress calls should not be affected and all services will return to normal once maintenance is completed.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Boostlingo Voice (Boostllingo Voice IVR, Boostlingo Network Traversal Service, Boostlingo Speech Recognition), Boostlingo Portal (Boostlingo Interpreter Portal, Boostlingo Requestor Portal), and Boostlingo Video (Boostlingo Group Rooms, Boostlingo Communication REST API).
