Infrastructure Updates on US server

During the maintenance window we are making critical updates to our platform infrastructure.

For a subset of the maintenance window, we anticipate up to 20 minutes of call disruptions (calls failing to connect, disconnecting unexpectedly, or experiencing connection issues). This deployment is scheduled to be minimally disruptive to active calls and we will work during the window itself to disrupt as few active calls as possible.

For the subset of the maintenance window where we expect call disruptions, we will be implementing our delivery assurance plan (DAP) to increase likelihood of connected calls and maintained continuity.
