More details will be provided shortly.</p>tag:status.boostlingo.com,2005:Incident/176462132023-06-19T01:00:00-07:002023-06-21T12:34:33-07:00Connection Issues on Canadian Server<p><small>Jun <var data-var='date'>19</var>, <var data-var='time'>01:00</var> PDT</small><br><strong>Resolved</strong> - On Monday 6.19.23 starting at 8:00 AM UTC we had intermittent connection issues across our Canadian server. <br /><br />These issues occureed when the instance performed it’s daily task of refreshing it’s application pool. Upon startup we suspect some of the application pool threads were in a bad state and were unable to service the incoming requests properly. Our monitoring tools did not alert us because it was only specific threads that were in a bad state and upon retry the monitoring scripts would receive valid responses.<br /><br />During the course of the incident all services were operating at a degraded state for users on the Canadian server.
